Elementa Law

About the firm

Why "Elementa"? Because law is a system — build it from first principles.

The Elements (Greek Stoicheia, Latin Elementa) is Euclid's masterwork, written around 300 B.C. and devoted to the systematic construction of geometry and number theory. It is regarded as the summit of ancient mathematics, the result of three hundred years of its development, and the foundation for all subsequent research.

The Elements profoundly influenced mathematics into the modern era; the work's high intellectual level and its fundamental significance to science are recognized by the key scientists of our time.

The book has been translated into numerous languages, and by the number of reprints the Elements has no equal among secular books.

We practice law the way Euclid practiced geometry: define the axioms, prove each step, and build a result that stands.

The Elementa principles

  • ◆ First principles. Every case starts by defining the rule that applies — then everything follows.
  • ◆ Fixed fees. The price is stated up front. No hourly billing, no surprises.
  • ◆ Licensed attorneys. A qualified U.S. immigration attorney is responsible for your matter.
  • ◆ One defined path. From intake to filing, a structured process your attorney tracks publicly.
  • ◆ Built to last. Like Euclid's book — rules stable enough to rely on, year after year.
